The First Circular was issued and uploaded on 02/04/24. All those who have gone through it know that our December 2024 session is scheduled to be held at Punjabi University, Patiala. Due to certain health issues, Dr. Karamjit K. Malhotra, who had been appointed as the Local Secretary by the Vice-Chancellor (VC) Punjabi University, has handed over the charge to Professor Mohammad Idris. Professor Idris has since been recognised by the VC of Punjabi University as the Local Secretary. He is not only a senior faculty of the host university, but also a senior member of the IHC.
