Guidelines for the Initial Institutional Membership
Applicants must follow the instructions given below to avoid the rejection of their application.
- Fill the form Only Once (multiple applications will lead to rejection of all applications and forfeiture of membership fee).
- Mention the following details
- Name of the Institution
- Name of the Director/Chairman/Head of the Institution
- Official Email ID of the Institution
- Official Contact Number of the Institution
- Official Address of the Institution
- Upload a ‘Letter of Application for Institutional Membership of the Indian History Congress’ on the Official Letter Pad of the Institution
- If a person from the Institution is already a member of the Indian History Congress (IHC), mention their following details
- Name
- Annual or Life Membership Number
- Email-id
- Mobile Number
- Address
- Payment of Institutional Membership Fee.
Note: After the submission of the application form, the Secretary’s office will review the details provided by the Institution. After the review, the Institution will receive an intimation from the Secretary of the Indian History Congress to pay the Institutional Membership Fee on its official email-id. You are advised to ensure that the provided details and documents are correct. If any discrepancy is found during/after the review process, your application will be rejected and membership fee will be forfeited.
